She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Rufus and Iris Elizabeth Johnston Riddle; her husband James Douglas "Frog" Collins, Sr.; and her sister Betty Hamblin. She is survived by: her children, James Douglas "Jimmy" Collins Jr. (Cindy) of Salem, William Neil Collins (Melissa) of Charlotte, NC. and Kathy Hamblin (Junior) of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Davis, Justin, Kristen, Kaitlyn, James III, Travis and Nikki; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Ryder and Rylyn; and her sister Lois Deisher (George).
