He is survived by: his children, Michael King Jr. of Riner and Stacy Pennington (Michael); his siblings, Craig King of Roanoke, Earline Nunn of Roanoke, Annette Keith of Texas, Lori Whitlock of Maryland and Wendy Flack (Bob) of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Carlee King, Emily King, Erin King, Eli Tawney, Gage Tawney and Micah Tawney; and his nieces, April Muncy Dowdy and Linda Muncy Hale.
