He is survived by: his wife Charlene Barnett Reed; his children, Ricky Dale Reed of Pembroke, Cory Reed (Alex Cumbie) of Christiansburg, VA and Shannon Lowery (Gary) of Christiansburg; his grandchildren, Ty Lowery, Kam Lowery, Brittany Reed and Brayden "Bubby" Reed; his aunt Justine Edge of New York; his sisters-in-law, Dreama Barnett of Floyd, Becky Duncan (Bobby) of Blacksburg and Linda Whittaker (Ray) of Pennsylvania; and his close friends, Tim McDaniel, Ricky Eppling and Grant Snider. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
