It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Donald Garman Sr. of Pembroke, Virginia, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Collins Garman and Burnette Kline Garman; his wife Jane Holtzclaw Garman; his sons, Jack Donald "Chip" Garman Jr. (Pamela Pinney Garman) of Hampstead, N. C. and David Garman (Kira Finkler) of Boise, Idaho; his grandchildren, Rebecca Garman Sheppard (Ben Sheppard), Amanda Lane Young (Spence Young), Samantha Garman, Bonnie Stender, Luke Garman and Katherine Garman; his great grandchildren, Jackson Sheppard and Brooklyn Sheppard; his brother Robert Thomas Garman (Nancy Copenhaver Garman) of Fayetteville; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Jean Holtzclaw of Jamestown. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, and friends.
