She is survived by: her husband Leonard Ray Simpkins; her sisters, Kathleen Collins and Betty Collins; her children, Ray Simpkins (Renee), David Simpkins, Diann Songer (Robert), Donald "Boomer" Simpkins (Sandra), Stanley Simpkins (Judy) and Elaine Ruano (Dan); and her grandchildren, Patty Reed (Bryan), Mandy Sprouse (William), Rachel Simpkins, Suzane Simpkins, Crystal Simpkins, Shaina East, Cheyenne Hawks, Shawn McCroskey (Angel), Brandy Midkiff (Marshall), Jennifer Jarrells (Mike), Ricky Simpkins (Kayla) and Scott Martin (Jessica). She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
