She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sarver and Louella Townley Sarver of Newport, Virginia.. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Elizabeth and William Lugar; her children, Chris Lugar and Amy Rebecca Lugar (Tony Johnson); her close friend Ken Kelley; her siblings, Steven Sarver (Jackie), Larry Sarver (Elsie) and Vickie Stebar; and her nieces and nephews, Renee Stebar, Michael Stebar, Matthew Sarver, Angela Critchley, Latasha Ramsey and Jonathan Sarver.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kendall Funeral Home (605 Snidow St, Pembroke, VA 24136). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Pembroke Volunteer Fire Department (101 Cascade Drive Pembroke, Virginia 24136) for all of the services they provide to the community in honor and memory of Ms. Sarver.
