It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Alfred Spicer of Pearisburg, Virginia, born in Narrows, Virginia, who passed away on October 10, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Spicer and Ercell Keffer Spicer; and his siblings, Eugene, Arnold, Jerry, Bobby, Ronnie Spicer, Joyce Blankenship and Reba Spicer.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Joe Spicer Sr. (Ashley Sparks) of Narrows, VA and Tasha Thomas (Jesse) of Peterstown, WV; his siblings, Jeffery Spicer (Shelley) of Narrows, Larry Spicer (Carrie) of Pembroke, Loretta Blankenship (Roger) of Pearisburg and Brenda Meadows (Witty) of Narrows, VA; his grandchildren, Billy Joe Spicer Jr., Rhiannon Spicer, Alexander Spicer, Justice Sparks, Willow Sparks, Talon Sparks, Destiny Spicer, Heath Pitzer, Jayde Thomas and LJ Thomas; his great grandchildren, Brayden Spicer, Alice Spicer, Ronnie Spicer and Solomon Jarrell; the mother of his children Joyce Warner; and his close friends, Danny Williams, Ricky Thorne, Gene Thorne, Everette Thorne, Larry Dalton and Elmer Fleeman.
