It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Neice of Pearisburg, Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Neice Sr. and Venice Taylor Neice; and her brother Edward Leon Neice. She is survived by: her great-nephews, Lee Strickland and Michael Strickland.
