She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Trenar and Virginia Hetherington Trenar; her grandparents, Earl and Lucy Stafford Hetherington of Trigg, Virginia; her siblings, Barbara Farewell, William Trenar (Billy) and Ralph Trenar (Tommy); her brothers-in-law, Perry Farewell (Junior) and William Melvin (Bill); her aunt Betty Williams; her friends, Patty, Tom Francis and Dreama Vaught; and also Frank Matuszczyk.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Shannon Matuszczyk and Heaven; her siblings, Linda Melvin, Drema (Charlie Simmons), Carol Robertson, Taz Tickle and Richard (Norma Trenar); her sister-in-law Mary Trenar of Pearisburg; her sister Betty Thomas of Pembroke, Virginia; her caregiver Barbara Carter; and her friends, Barbara Gayle Wimmer, Syl Vaught, Ellen and Dave Tate. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
