He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jo Robertson Thompson of Pearisburg; his children, Matthew Aaron Thompson of Pearisburg and Ashley Thompson McKenzie (John Adam) of Peterstown, WV; his grandson John Anthony McKenzie; his sisters, Tressia T. Lambert (C. T.) of Rich Creek and Wanda T. Testerman (Dale) of Siler City, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Strouth Thompson of Hopewell and Charles G. Robertson of Narrows.
