She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Belcher and Marguerite Belcher. She is survived by: her husband Roy Dickerson; her children, Kimberly Hale and Franklin Gordon Stophel, Jr.; and her sisters, Teresa Billings (Louis) and Gloria Phillips. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
