He is survived by: his wife Verna Sarver Pack; his mother-in-law Virginia Evelyn Sarver; his brothers, Keith, Frederick and Robert Peach; his sons, Christopher David and Mark William Pack (Janet); his stepsons, Aaron Atwood and Garrett Wymer; his grandchildren, Ryan Kanatus, Zachary William Pack, Tanner David Pack and Hannah Lynn Pack; his cousin Carolyn Roweland; and his uncle Robert Barnett.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in his honor to the American Cancer Society (David and several loved ones were survivors of cancer) and/or the American Diabetes Association.
