He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Skidmore; his sons, Thomas Jackson Wilburn and Jackie Ray Stump, Jr.; and his brother Robert Preston Wilburn. He is survived by: his parent Elsie Fay Wilburn; his wife Barbara Ann Wilburn; his daughters-in-law, Mike, Cheryl Wilburn, Todd, Tammy Wilburn and Charles Wilburn; his daughter Cathy Thomas; his son-in-law Richie Thomas; and his grandchildren, Casey Wilburn, Justin Wilburn, Chance Rogers, Diana Thomas, Marcus Thomas, Sean Thomas, Lyla Thomas, Nicole Thomas, Liam Thomas and Alexa Thomas.
