He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peggy Frazier Havens of Pearisburg and Gene Gordon Havens; his son Billy Joe "BJ" Havens; his wife Sherry Martin Havens of Pearisburg; his son Michael Martin of Pearisburg; his grandchildren, Savannah Havens, Katie Havens, Makayla Martin, McKinzie Martin and Gage Martin; his great grandchildren, Emersyn Powell, Waylon Sheets, Leketa Cline, Kaden Sheets and Adelyn Sheets; his siblings, Terry Havens of Pearisburg, Jeff Havens (Linda) of Pearisburg, Robbie Havens of Pearisburg and Angela Clendenin (Jason) of Pulaski; and his half-sister Demetria Havens Smith (Teddy Bear).
