She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Stafford and Juanita Turpin Stafford; her sisters, Shirley Meredith and Linda Spicer; her stepfather Richard Saulnier; her brother Jimmy Don Stafford; her great grandchild Emily Kay Donaldson; and the father of her children Arnold Lee Spicer.

She is survived by: her children, Barry Spicer of Texas, Gary Spicer of Pearisburg, Larry Spicer (Carrie) of Maybrook, Terry Spicer of Texas and Donna Owens (Anthony) of Pearisburg; and her brother Emory Stafford (Jean) of Gainesville, VA..
