He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Wayne Williams; and his parents-in-law, Lewis Dale Collins and Roma Snidow Collins. He is survived by: his mother Marcella Caldwell Williams of Pembroke; his wife Brenda Collins Williams; his daughters, Hannah Williams of Radford, VA and Amber Williams Vaught (Cody) of Salem; his siblings, James "Jamie" Williams (April) of Pembroke, Cindy Bane (Clay) of Pembroke and Kimberly Williams of Christiansburg, VA; his brother-in-law Steve Collins (Sheila) of Pembroke; and his nieces and nephews, Xander James Williams, Nicholas Stowers, Ryan Williams, Aaron Bane, Matthew Bane, Sara Elizabeth Collins, Braylyn Minnick, Carmel Cullop and Lindsea Ray (Trenton).
