Perkins; his aunts, Ruther Mae Jones, Sherri Perkins and Shirley Eaves; and his uncle Beverly Perkins.
He is survived by: his son Oscar Eaves of Kellystank, WV; his grandchildren, Renesmae Eaves, Auther Eaves, Ace Eaves Hakeem and Dominique Eaves; his siblings, Travis Perkins (Laquita Perkins), Rodney Bigelow (Johnell Bigelow), Tamika Perkins and Constance (Brian Cameron); and his aunts and uncles, Brenda McEachern (Purvis McEachern), Lisa Butler (Jerry Butler), Teresa Brooks, Marie Gibb, Suzanne (Sam Huggins), Sunday Perkins, Leon (Agnes Perkins), Curtis John Perkins (Aldora Perkins), Scottie Eaves and Carl Eaves. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
