He was predeceased by: his parents, William Woodrow and Mary Hamblin Mustard; his wife Hazel Lorrane Keffer Mustard; his brother Bobby Mustard; and his sister-in-law Sue Ferrell Mustard.
He is survived by: his brother James Wallace Mustard (Teena Ferrell); his sister-in-law Judy Mustard; his niece Deborah; his great-niece Barbara; his close friends, Stacy Lucas and Cristie Cumbee; and his sons, White Gate, Rev. Shahn Wilburn and Charles Henderson. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, special cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Basil's honor to the Eggleston Volunteer Fire Dept., PO Box 67, Eggleston, VA, 24086-0067.
