He is survived by: his wife Pauline Epperly; his daughter Freda Shockley (Jimmy) of Stuart, VA; his granddaughter Krista Hancock (Josh); his great grandchildren, Mason, Evan and Carlynn Hancock; and his niece Trish Hylton.
