She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tony Whitlow and Mary Louise Wood Whitlow; her husband Daniel Ray Hatcher; and her siblings, Curtis, David, Robert Whitlow, Elliot Whitlow, Hugh Whitlow, Effie Green, Marie Feazell, Eva Lee and Oscar Whitlow.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Ann Hatcher (Linda Blue) of Roanoke; her siblings, Dorothy Hartman of Boones Mill, Mary Jo Rakes of Stuart and Barney; and her sister-in-law Freda Whitlow of Copper Hill.
