He was predeceased by: his former wife Eleanor Kohler Voorhees; his wife Viola Craig Voorhees; his daughter Bobbi Stevens; and his siblings, Anna Voorhees, Robert and Edward Voorhees.
He is survived by: his daughters, Suzanne Livingston (Cal) of North Carolina, Karen Simonds (Tom) of New York and Patricia Voorhees (Alan) of New York.
