He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Martin and Annie Jane Martin; his wife Patricia Martin; his daughter Shelia Martin; and his brothers, Roy Martin, Tom Martin and Demis Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Martin and Paula Cave; his grandchildren, Christina Manns and Cody Cave; and his sisters, Frances Hopkins and Shirley Greer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
