It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Gilley Adams of Patrick Springs, Virginia, born in Henry County, Virginia, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harbour Gilley and Alice Spencer Gilley; her husband Barney Lee Adams; and her siblings, Pauline Gilley Shelton, Marie Gilley and John Albert Gilley.
She is survived by: her children, Judy A. Joyce (Jerry), Ann A. Fulcher (Neil), Jim L. Adams (Teresa), Jerry R. Adams (Wanda) and B. Dean Adams (Debbie); and her sisters, Myrtle Wright and Dollie McNabb. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
