She was predeceased by: her parents, Davis Lawson and Bessie Martin Lawson; and her sister Katie Burgart. She is survived by: her siblings, Bonnie Turner of Bassett, Dovie Niten of Ararat, Daniel Lawson of Stuart, Bennie Lawson of Moorefield, WV and C. L. Lawson of Bassett, C. J; and her close friend Perry Gann of Patrick Springs. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
