He was predeceased by: his father William "Billy" John Mills. He is survived by: his wife Karen Patterson Mills; and his siblings, Evon Rumley (Leon) of Mayodan, NC, Vivian "Dee Dee" Mills of Martinsville, VA and Norman Mills (Martha) of Stuart, VA.. He is also survived by uncle to his nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
