He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hatcher and Julia Trent Fulcher; and his brothers, Clarence, J. B. and Troy Fulcher.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Doss Fulcher; and his sister Lily Fulcher Wiggington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
