He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ratliff De Coster; his children, Andrew Stone (Casey), Emily Spence (Brandon) and Thomas De Coster; his grandchildren, Bentley Spence and Braxton Stone; his parents, Omer De Coster and Georgette De Coster Poncelet; his sister Katty De Coster (Eric Sacre); his parents-in-law, Grady Ratliff and Lois Ratliff; and his brother-in-law Tim Ratliff (Sara). He is also survived by one niece and two nephews. and several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
