She was predeceased by: her parents, James Irvin Fain and Nancy Emmarie Handy Fain; and her brothers, Ralph Fain, Raymond Fain and Charlie Fain.
She is survived by: her husband Frank A. Spencer, Sr.; her children, Frank A. Spencer, Jr. of Stuart, Virginia and Teresa Spencer Lawson of Patrick Springs, Virginia; her grandchildren, Joshua Wayne Lawson, Autumn Angel Spencer, Kevan Tanner Spencer and Kody Austin Spencer; her great grandchild Gaige Devon Lawson; and her sisters-in-law, Sue Fain of Stuart, Carol Fain of Stuart and Joann Fain of Rocky Mount, Virginia. She is also survived by two nephews; one niece; and many dear friends.
