He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Burrell and Evelyn Burrell. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Sarah Phounsavath (Elavanh) and Jamie Bogart (Dennis); his grandchildren, Ty Phounsavath and Elle Phounsavath; and his sisters, Cheryle Martin (Fred), Janice Kenter (Bill) and Laura Stevens (Dickie).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Storke Funeral Home (11089 James Madison Pkwy, King George, VA 22485). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the Historyland Memorial Park (11227 James Madison Pkwy, King George, VA 22485).
