He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Stephens and Gladys Wilkerson Stephens; and his brother Lee Allen Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Mabel Montgomery Stephens; his daughters, Amy Bass (Kevin) and Lorri Skelton (Ken); his grandchildren, Hannah Bass, Olivia Chin (Jon), Emily Bass and Nathaniel Skelton; and his sister-in-law Nell Stephens.
