He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar and Roberta. He is survived by: his wife Patricia McDougal; his sons, Michael and Matthew; his stepmother Kay McDougal of Kansas; his brothers, Steve of Kansas, Brian and Sean of Virginia; his half-sister Shari Wilson of Kansas; and his stepsister Melissa Hickam of Kansas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and in laws.
