He was predeceased by: his parents, Champ B. Meadows and Darcas Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Frances Stanley Meadows; his siblings, Carl R. of Gloucester, David of Maryland, Lisa of Maryland and Linda Hornby of South Carolina; and his children, John (Nicole), Anne Marie Meadows, Catherine Rios (Pablo) and Angie Burnell (Brian). He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spotsylvania County Rescue Squad.
