He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hayes; his children, Shaun Teat, Lori Plunkett (Eric), Danielle Hayes and Lisa Burke (Jody); his sister Avice Cummings (Ronnie); his nephews, Tony Hayes (Brenda) and Teemus Hayes (Faith); and his grandchildren, Elijah James Hayes, Alexandria Grae Ostrander and Cody Burke.
