Charles Stuart Carroll Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2022, at the age of 76, Charles Stuart Carroll of Partlow, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert K. Carroll and Laura J. Carroll; and his brothers, George (Peter) and Kenneth Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Lacy Carroll; his children, Christopher Carroll and Sarah-Anne Perry (Kirk); his grandchildren, Emily Perry, Alexander of Spotsylvania, Charles "Nathan" Carroll of Spotsylvania and Tony Perry of Spotsylvania; and his siblings, Barbara Seay, Paula Smallwood (Jimmie) of Spotsylvania and Meredith Carroll of Culpeper.
All services will be private due to COVID in order to keep all friends and family safe.
