He is survived by: his wife Victoria Lee Carpenter; his daughter Hazel Mae; his grandchild Austyn Presley of Partlow; his siblings, Lisa, Lexie Carpenter of Woodbridge, Addie Jolin of Stafford, Will Carpenter of Stafford, Tommy Jolin of Stafford and Dylan Weddle of Stafford; his cousins, Jessica Carr of Woodbridge and Joey Carr of Partlow; his nephews, Tommy Jolin Jr. and Ayden Carr; his aunt Julie Carr of Woodbridge; his uncle Dennis Carr of King George; his parents-in-law, David and Helen Dobbins; his siblings-in-law, Zack Dobbins, Aron Blizzard (Keri) and Shanya Blanchard; and his nieces and nephews, Evangeline Blanchard-Gregory, Abberly Blizzard, Aron Blizzard, Lincoln Jackson and Rowan Blanchard-Schaefer.
