She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Thornes, Sr.; her children, Latasha "Tash" Thornes of Greenbush, VA, Robert "Lil Bob" Thornes, Jr. (Michelle) of Onancock, VA, Amy Thornes Amadeo (Don) of Harborton, VA and Paul E. Thornes (Ashley) of Justisville, VA; her siblings, Newman Scott (Sharon) of Onancock, Cora Sue Campbell (Jimmy) of Exmore, VA and Debbie Russell (Alan) of Parksley; her grandchildren, Travis Thornes, Olivia Thornes, Taylor Thornes, Jacob Thornes, Caitlyn Amadeo, Paige Treadwell (Brennan), Jordan Amadeo (Sarah), Rhiannon Amadeo and Scarlett Thornes; and her great grandchildren, Marleigh, Lily, Kristopher, Matthew and Emmy.
