It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tom McColligan (Parksley, Virginia), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 23, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Colman Francis (Earl) and Paul Patrick McColligan; and his granddaughter Tracey Peters. He is survived by: his children, Thomas "Tommy" McColligan of New York, Kelly McColligan of Princess Anne, MD, Robby McColligan of Crisfield, MD, Jessica Daniels (Jonathan) of Chesapeake, VA, Christopher Muller (Katie) of Daytona, FL, Bobbie Williams (Roland) of Parksley, VA and John McColligan of Bloxom, VA; his brothers, Danny and Bobby; his close friend David Matthews; and also, Janet, Betty, Donna and Cindy. He is also survived by several grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
