He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Goldie Budd Thornes and John Riley Thornes, Sr.; his wife Karen Sue Thornes; his children, Barry Steven Thornes, Jr., Leiah, Kayla Thornes and Lorie Thornes Northam; his grandchildren, Will and Whitney Northam; his child Kareena Ann Green (Eddie); his grandchildren, Nathan, Lexie Green and Noah Wood; his son Matthew Earl Annis (Renee); his grandson Colton Annis; his siblings, Deborah T. Williams (David) and John Riley Thornes, Jr.; and his grandson Barry Steven Thornes, III. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
