He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Bailey, Sr. and Nellie Hickman Bailey; and his siblings, Gloria Lee Tarr, Bill Bailey and Dickie Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Colonna Bailey; his children, Pam Bailey Linton (Glenn) of Newark, MD and Alan Bailey (Suzie) of Kilmarnock, VA; his grandchildren, Nikki Lewis Zervakos (Josh), Dustin Lewis (Martha), Katie Linton and Grace Bailey; his great grandchildren, Kaylin, Jace, Harper, Rebecca and William; and his pets, Gidget and Itty Bitty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
