He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Parks Bundick of Parksley; his sister Laura Bundick Spence (Chris); his nieces and nephews, Michael of New Church, Morgan of New Church and Ivey of New Church; his aunts and uncles, Thomas Ray Parks, Jr. (Mary Jane), Patrick M. Parks (Kim), Christopher A. Parks (Jill), David A. Parks, Carol Ann Parks (Ray), Paul J. Parks, Sean F. Parks, Matthew W. Parks (Leslie), Lesa Bellin, Gina Merrill (Noel) and John Bundick (Amy); and his cousin Shanty.
