She is survived by: her spouse Verne Machacek; her children, Michael Machacek (Brandy) of Grand Junction, CO, Monica Hall (Horace Jr.) and Dayna Greene (Christopher) of Colorado Springs, CO.; her grandchildren, Marie, Michael, Alan (Cassie), Charles (Kelly), Horace III (Trey), Chelsea (Seth), Marisa, Joey (Lexi) of Jake, AJ and Aden; and her great grandchildren, Justin, Mackenzie, Dylan, Bradley, Jacob, Gianna, Rhys, Elizabeth, Rylee and Allison.
