He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Tull and Edna Tull; his wife Betsy Judd; and his brother Malcolm. He is survived by: his son Ed Tull (Christie) of Willards, MD; his granddaughters, Morgan and Courtney Tull; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby Judd of Pocomoke City, MD and Peggy Boa (John) of Ruskin, FL. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
