It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Isaac Linton (Parksley, Virginia), born in Nassawadox, Virginia, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Jean "Peggy" Linton; and his brother Norris H. "Sonny" Linton, Jr.. He is survived by: his father Norris Hilton Linton, Sr.; his brother Jamie Lee Linton (Mel) of Fox Grove, VA; his nieces and nephews, Leighann, Kyla, Mackenzie and Liam; his aunt Sue Linton Newhart (Mark) of Ohio; his cousins, Abigail, Briana, Jazmin and Kaitlyn; his son Rudy Zavala (Nikki); his grandchildren, Madelyn and Elias; his cousins, David Reed, Pete Bonniwell (Missy), Max Marshall (Amy), Elizabeth, Chuck Mapp, Terry Short, Sharron, Michael Rich, Martin Lewis, David Ward (Lori), Carrol W. Annis and Billy Parks; and his close friend Harry Kelly. He is also survived by his granddaughters, as well as their father.
