She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph D. Small and Marguerite Kilmon Small; her husband George Edward "Ed" Drummond; and her son Bobby Lee Scott. She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph D. "J. D." Small, Jr. of Onley, VA and Teresa Erdman of Onley, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
