He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Carrol Guy and Annie Bundick Guy; and his brothers, William "Billy" Guy, Jimmy Guy and Raymond Guy.

He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Alice Marie Guy, Rose and Carla. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
