He was predeceased by: his father Alan E. Walters; his aunt Karen Walters; and his grandparents, Walter Masik, Josephine Bramich (Frederick), Jacob and Lillian Walters.
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth "Liz" Walters-West of Northside Chesconnessex; his stepfather Eugene J. West of Onancock; his brother Jeffrey Alan Walters (Mandi) of Hopeton, VA; his stepbrother Jesse West (Brandy); his niece Angela Walters; his great-niece Lillian; his aunts, Diana Marx, Elaine Cunningham and Laura Walters; his uncle Butch Masik (Tami); and also Jayden of Bloxom, VA.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home (94 Market St, Onancock, VA 23417). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Fairview Lawn Cemetery (42 Hill St, Onancock, VA 23417).
