He was predeceased by: his father Frank William Blake II; and his brother Andrew "Brian" Blake. He is survived by: his mother Esther Northam Blake of Mears, VA; his pet Cash; his wife Tracy Parks Blake; his daughters, Sara Blake Taylor (Dustin) of Stuarts Draft, VA and Savannah Blake (Christopher Young) of Lexington, VA; his siblings, Ann Blake, Heather Wood Blake, Frank W. "Bill" Blake III (Michelle) and Hunter B. Blake (Sarah); and his grandson Levi Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A service in celebration of Warren's life will be held at the Williams-Parksley Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
