Parks and Lee Hickman Parks; his wife Donna McAllister Parks; his daughter Jo Lynn Parks; his stepfather King Smith; his siblings, Herbert "Junior" Parks, Helen Parks, Elizabeth Parks, Benjamin "Ben" Parks, Joseph "Joe" Parks and Clyde Parks; his half-sisters, Bernice Hendricks and Winnie Clayton; his great grandchild Dahlia Hirmina Mosley; and his nephews, Billy and Danny Parks.
He is survived by: his son Harold Wayne Parks (Sandra) of Parksley; his grandchildren, Shaun Parks (Jennifer), Kristen Parks Mosley (Amir) and Lauren Parks; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Alexandra and Lovely; his sister-in-law Louella Parks Fox; his nephews, John Grayson Parks (Janet) and Irvin Lee; his niece Debbie Evans; his close friend Linda K. Taylor; and also, Jennifer Edwards (Scott), Kathleen Baker and Susanne Taylor.
