Andrews, Sr. and Edith Jones Andrews; his stepson Robert Shupe; his stepgrandson Ray Padgett; his siblings, Ferdi Lee Billings, Willa Dean Brill, Howard, Fred, Lewis, George, Daniel, William, Emery and Herbert Andrews; and his stepbrother William Quinton.
He is survived by: his daughter Jeanette Andrews Jubilee of Greenbush, VA; his stepchildren, Cheryl Bibbins of Accomac, Debra Reid (Lenell) of Melfa, Loretta Rogers (Sherman) of Accomac and Gene Shupe of Intercourse, PA; his brother Dewey Pete Andrews (Becky) of Louisiana; his granddaughters, Chelsea Nicholson and Sara Nicholson; and his stepgrandchildren, Billy Padgett, Bobby Padgett, Danielle Shupe, Tracy Hernadez, Andrea Shupe and Tonya Martinez. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
