She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Lee Brinn; her parents, Carroll Benjamin Brown and Alma Franklin Bradshaw Brown; and her siblings, Rachael Marie Brown Justis (Carroll), Lorie Colbourn Brown (Sue) and Teddy Berman Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Brinn Henderson (Bruce) and Lucy East Huffman (Danny); her brother Sammuel Carroll Brown (Linda) of Parksley; her grandchildren, Olivia Rebakkah Marcus (Joshua) of Wilmington, DE and Eddie Ray Allison, Jr. of Windsor, VA; her great grandchildren, George Edward Smith IV, Bradleigh Lola Smith, Ethan Revell Allison and Isaac Mason Allison; and her stepgrandson William Huffman (Emma).
In light of the ongoing pandemic, masks and social distancing will be required for all who attend the service.
